What a rare find on Ebay... A first edition of A Plant of Lemon Verbena by flower artist Alicia Amy Leith. It's located in the United Kingdom where it was published in London in 1895.
The mystique of Lemon Verbena is not new. Finding this book is like finding an old friend, lost long ago, but fondly remembered. This year is full of experimenting with Lemon Verbena propagation and cultivation, as well as marketing.

DeleteWell, let me tell you something to relieve your jealousy to some extent. I am thrilled to have the book, but it's a novel, not a botanical monograph. I paid 'way too much for it, but treasure it anyway!
