Long Live Lemon Verbena


Oh, Lemon Verbena, you're so lovely and you smell so DELICIOUS!  And your delicious scent and flavor remains, even after your looks fade and you're dried and stored in bottles or bags. Here's a quick, flavorful salt-free seasoning to enjoy all year long:

Lemon Verbena Herbal Seasoning
 
1/2 cup dried dill weed 
 1/4 cup dried lemon verbena
1/2 cup dried minced onion
1 tbsp. dried celery seeds
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. dried marjoram

 Mix all ingredients together,
and blend or rub between your palms.
Store in an airtight container
and sprinkle on salads, cooked veggies and fish.
