Sweetest and simplest way to preserve Lemon Verbena - infuse it in honey for use in herb tea, cooking, salad dressings and drizzling sauces. Here's my first jar this year. You can see the air bubbles slowly rising to the top... the honey is so thick it takes them a while to get up there and pop!
